通信工程专业本科生培养方案

Undergraduate Program for Specialty in Telecommunications Engineering

一、培养目标

Ⅰ、Educational Objectives

培养具有适应社会主义现代化建设需要德智体全面发展、理论基础扎实、适应面广、工程能力强、基本素质好,能从事通信与信息系统研究、设计、开发和应用,掌握移动通信、光纤通信、卫星通信、计算机通信、多媒体通信、数字程控交换等学科深厚的基础理论,能够在电子、通信和计算机等高新技术应用领域从事设计、研究和管理的高级工程技术人才。

This program is designed to cultivate students with good knowledge and abilities in application of theoretical and analytic tools who may engage in the communications and information researching, designing, developing and applying. They will to be high-level persons with ability in new technology application fields, such as, electron, communication, and computer and so on. The students might master Mobile Communication, Fiber Communication, Satellite Communications, Computer Communication, Multimedia Communication, Telecommunication Switching Principle and so on.

二、培养要求

Ⅱ、Educational Requirements

业务素质培养要求:

1.掌握本专业所需要的较系统的基础科学理论,较宽且扎实的技术基础理论以及必要的专业知识。具有一定的社会主义市场经济知识、管理知识及相关的工程技术知识,懂得一定的社会、人文科学知识、法律知识和国防知识,了解有关科技发展的新动向。

2.具有本专业所必需的制图、运算、实验、测试、表达以及基本工艺操作及设计技能。

3.具有较强的自学能力;具有一定的分析和解决工程实际问题的能力及工程设计能力;具有工程的质量和效益观念,有初步的科技研究、开发能力和组织管理能力;具有较强的计算机应用能力;基本掌握一门外语,能比较顺利地阅读本专业的外文书刊,具有听、说、写的基础。

1.Master the systemic basic science theory, widen and well-knitted technical theory of this specialty. Possess some social democracy market economy, management, and correlative engineering technology knowledge. Know some social science, humanity, law, and national defense knowledge; understand the development trends of science and technology.

2.Possess the skill of drawing, numeration, experiment, test, express and operation, and the ability of design.

3.Possess the ability of self-study, analyzing and solving problem and engineering designing; have the conception of project quality and benefit, and the ability of research, development and management; have strong ability of computer operation and using foreign language, i.e. read smoothly the professional books in foreign language and have the listening, speaking and writing skills of the foreign language.

毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力:

1.掌握通信领域内的基本理论和基本知识;

2.掌握光波、无线、多媒体等通信技术;

3.掌握通信系统和通信网的分析与设计;

4.具有设计、开发、调试、应用通信系统和通信网的基本能力;

5.了解通信系统和通信网建设的基本方针政策和法规;

6.了解通信技术的最新进展与发展动态;

7.掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法,具有一定的科学研究和实际工作能力。

Expected professional knowledge and ability:

1.Master the basic theory and knowledge in communication field;

2.Master communication technology such as light wave, radio, multimedia and so on;

3.Master the analysis and design of communication system and net;

4.Have the ability to designing, developing, debugging and applying communication system and net;

5.Understand the basic policy and rule of communication system and net constructing;

6.Understand the evolvement and development of communication technology;

7.Master the basic method to search literature and inquire about information; have the ability to researching and work.
